In cases, where such heavy equipments have to be delivered and positioned inside buildings on the basement level or floors above the road-level, experienced labor force or mechanical cranes must be operated for safe and satisfactory delivery. Inspection of delivery site by our logistics team shall be necessary to evaluate safe and sound delivery with the location’s evaluation of load bearing capacity. We recommend our clients to take necessary precautions while shifting or lifting such heavy equipments on their own. If any accidents occur on undertaking such works by inexperienced labor will be at your own risk. Installation

• Vault door & its accessories require proper installation for a strong and smooth operation. Site pre-requisites and site assessment are essential prior to commencement of installation work. Upon approval by our chief technician and your consent to our terms and conditions, nce shall initiate the installation works.
• Our technicians undergo comprehensive training on a yearly basis, certified by our manufacturer/supplier and assure safe and secure execution for every installation. Our technicians have accomplished more than 1000 installations and still counting.
• Locking Systems on entrance & inner doors require precise fitting for satisfactory performance. Being such wooden & glass doors are operated frequently smooth functioning is vital, thus installation is critical. We advise your carpenter should carefully read the guidelines given inside our product package, for proper installation. Damage caused to the lock during installation will be at your own risk. In such circumstances, we may not be in a position to provide free replacement.

Servicing

Our offered products have a twelve months warrantee against faulty workmanship or any manufacturing defects.
